Alternative Sentencing

When appropriate, Alternative Sentencing will allow an individual to enter into treatment rather than incarceration and provides updates and accountability to the courts as well as to family members. Our staff will work with the identified individual and their attorney to provide an individual assessment, recommendation for treatment and obtain a letter of admissions from the identified facility.  If accepted by the courts our staff will then accompany the identified individual to treatment, ensure that all proper releases are completed and brief the staff on the expectations of the court with regard to updates.

Runaways / Missing Persons

Often time’s families are faced with the crisis of having a loved one “Go Missing”. This may be an adolescent or young adult who has run away from home, an adult who has a history of “disappearing” for days at a time or it may be that your loved one has left from treatment against medical advice and you have no idea where they are.
For over a decade we have been assisting families who are going through this difficult period of time. We are able to use our licensed professional investigators (mostly former federal law enforcement agents) to coordinate and work with local law enforcement officers in locating and recovering missing persons. Once this is done our interventionist will work with the individual to provide an opportunity to get help.

Veterans

It is estimated that nearly 300,000 military personnel returning from both combat and non combat operations will suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), an estimated 19 suicides are committed every day and another 39 are attempted.  Many of our veterans who may be suffering from PTSD or are contemplating suicide will not seek out help.  Those who do may find the challenges of obtaining quality treatment a stressful and often confusing task.  The Bradley Intervention Center has put in place a team of experts who excel at working with Veterans.  Our experts range from Psychiatrists and Mental Health / Substance Abuse professionals to VA Benefits specialists, from Educational Consultants to Employment Assistance to former Post Chaplains. Our commitment is to assist and support those who have given so much, for each Veteran as well as their families.
